Terms and conditions

1. The "You know you're in (Canberra suburb) when..." photo competition is run by Capital Health Network Pty Ltd (CHN) (ABN 82 098 499 471), 2/1 Geils Court, DEAKIN ACT 2600.
2. The entrant authorises CHN to use in any manner any photographs entered in this competition including in a free calendar and on social media.
3. The entrant authorises CHN to publish their name alongside their photograph.
4. The entrant must be the copyright owner of any photographs they enter into the competition.
5. Entries must be received by COB Sat. 30 Sep. 2023.
6. This is not a game of chance.
7. The winner of the competition will be selected by a panel nominated by the CHN CEO.
8. The prize is a $250 voucher at a restaurant in the Canberra region of the winner’s choice, which is not redeemable for cash.
9. The entrant indemnifies CHN against any claim, legal or otherwise, that may arise out of publication or associated use of the image.
