Better Care

Capital Health Network assists with Better Care by providing information on Aged Care, managing our Care Coordination and Supplementary Services (CCSS) program and increasing access to mainstream primary care services by Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples through our Closing the Gap Program.
