Position Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join us as a Practice Nurse.

Family friendly hours are available, and we are happy to try to accommodate your schedule.

We are happy to train the right candidate.

As a Practice Nurse you will:

-Conduct Health Assessments and Care plans

-Conduct Health Checks on Infants

-Complete Immunisations as per the National Schedule

-Complete Other Immunisations and injections as required

-Complete wound care and dressings as required

-Assist GP’s in basic procedures

-Review and maintain Clinical Stock.

-Order Vaccinations

-Conduct recalls as needed.

-Basic reception duties if required

Essential:

• Willingness to learn
• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Practice Description

Family First is a small, accredited General Practice.

We are conveniently located next to Woolworths, a pharmacy and cafe’s

Opening Hours are Monday-Friday 08.30-6.00pm, Saturday 09:00am – 1pm

We are fully computerised and use Best Practice and Hot Doc.

We are a Mixed Billing Practice.

Practice nurses and or other allied health professionals onsite
