Position Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner, responding to enquiries and scheduling appointments, efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry with a high level of attention to detail while ensuring strict confidentiality
- Provide administrative support through a variety of general office and reception duties
- Liaise effectively with doctors, nurses and allied health professionals to support the co-ordination of patient care.
- Champion and lead practice improvement projects, collaborating with staff and stakeholders to implement effective solutions and enhance patient and operational outcomes.
- Promote a positive, professional and patient-focused image of the practice through exceptional customer service and communication.

Become a valued member of the Conder Surgery team. We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic individuals to join our administration team in part-time or full-time roles.
Established in 2006, Conder Surgery has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality patient-centered healthcare to our local community. As an AGPAL-accredited practice, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and continuous improvement.
In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our Practice and the first point of contact for our patients. You will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every patient feels respected, supported and valued throughout their healthcare journey. You will also provide essential administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our busy medical practice.
Our experienced and collaborative healthcare team includes six General Practitioners, three Practice Nurses, a Social Worker and an Audiologist, all working together to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
