Terms and Conditions
All CPR bookings are non-changeable and non-refundable.
You will receive an email once your registration is received which will highlight the status of your registration (confirmed or waitlisted).
If you do not hear from us, please presume that we have not received your registration and follow up with the Capital Health Education team on (02) 6287 8019 for more information.
Registrations close 5 business days prior to the event Any interest in the event after registrations close will be immediately waitlisted.
Waitlists will be confirmed, subject to availability, 3 business days prior to the event.
Attendance and Certificates
Upon completion of the event you will receive a certificate of attendance for your records and reporting with the RACGP and ACRRM.
Completion of an event is achieved by:
- Attendance for the whole event or all events in the series
- Successful completion of all pre-learning activities
- Successful completion of all post-learning activities (including reinforcing activities, evaluations and surveys)
All cancellations must be made in writing at least 3 business days prior to the event. All late cancellations after this will be classed as a No Show and may attract a No Show Fee.
No Show and Late Cancellation Policy
All late cancellations within 3 business days and those who fail to attend will be classed as a No Show.
A No Show Fee may be charged to the registrant if we cannot fill the space and incur a charge from the suppliers. This fee may be waived at the discretion of CHN.
Participants may be photographed or filmed at the event for use in Capital Health Network and Capital Health Events promotional material. If you don't wish to appear in any promotional material, please advise staff at the registration desk.
The conference organisers reserve the right to vary the program, presenters and speakers where necessary up to and including on the day of an event.
