Youth Mental Health Services – Property Consultant (PAC096B)

Capital Health Network (CHN), the ACT’s PHN, is seeking to commission a property consultant to assist in the search for and acquisition of an operational site/s for multiple youth-focused mental health services, including the relocation of headspace Canberra.

CHN is inviting applications from potential providers to:

  • Scope site requirements for headspace Canberra, the new headspace Early Psychosis (hEP) program, and the Specialist Youth Mental Health Outreach (SYMHO) service
  • Consult with various stakeholders and community groups regarding their needs and preferences for these sites and services
  • Undertake a search for suitable commercial properties, survey possible sites, and provide CHN and other key stakeholders with a shortlist of viable options based on identified needs
  • Lead tours of shortlisted sites with stakeholder groups
  • Provide CHN and other key stakeholders with advice on securing the preferred property
  • Deliver a suggested floorplan/fit-out for the site/s, accounting for all core clinical and non-clinical activities

The Request for Proposal (RFP) process commences Monday 31 July 2023.

The closing date and time for this RFP is 5.00pm, Wednesday 16 August 2023.
