About the role

This is a new role created to support the increased primary care service commissioning in the ACT, specifically urgent care and bulk billing general practice services. The Service Relationship Manager, Primary Care will lead a small team including a Service Relationship Administrator and a GP Advisor. The Manager will be responsible for service contract and relationship management with primary care service providers, and stakeholder management with Government and health sector partners.


About the team

Based on the needs of the ACT community, CHN commissions innovative and evidence-based services for people at-risk of poor health outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Manager Commissioning, the Service Relationship Manager, Primary Care is responsible to achieve consistent implementation of processes and drive quality improvement. They will also work closely with the Service Relationship Manager, Commissioning who focuses on commissioning of community services.

Work location

This position is based in our newly renovated and modern office, located in the heart of the Belconnen town centre. We support flexibility and a hybrid work model at CHN and are happy to work with the successful candidate to ensure balance between work and life.

Position Salary: $60.21 per hour (approx. $119,354 per annum) plus superannuation
