HealthPathways Program Manager (full time)

Capital Health Network and COORDINARE (primary health care networks for the ACT and Southern NSW) are seeking to recruit a person who has high level communication and influencing skills to fill the role of Program Manager for the HealthPathways program. This role will provide high level efficient and effective program management to the HealthPathways initiative including support to the two HealthPathways Coordinators and the clinical teams and contributing to the efficient running of the HealthPathways initiative.

HealthPathways is an online health information portal used at the point of care by GPs, specialists, nurses and allied health practitioners to assist with timely assessment, management and referral of patients to available services. It is underpinned by evidence based practice.

Mental Health Intake and Administration Assistant

The Mental Health Team at the ACT’s Primary Health Network (Capital Health Network), is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Mental Health Intake and Administration Assistant.

Located at the ACT PHN Deakin Office, the Intake and Administration Support position is the first point of phone contact for stakeholders making referral to the ACT PHN Mental Health Programs as well as undertaking a variety of administrative tasks to support the work of the mental health program area.

This position of Intake and Program Support would suit someone who has approriate qualifications and/or experience in working with both service providers and community members. Previous experience working in Mental Health or experience working with client information management systems would be well considered. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a challenging health environment are essential. The successful candidate will benefit from flexible work arrangements, ongoing training and professional development opportunities, and support from a multidisciplinary team.
