HealthPathways Program Support Officer

Capital Health Network, ACT’s primary health network, is seeking to fill an anticipated vacancy in the part-time role of HealthPathways Program Support Officer (15.2 hours per week).

Located within the health hub of Deakin ACT, this role requires a person with strong communication and program administration skills. The role will provide high level efficient and effective program administrative support to the HealthPathways Program Manager, Program Coordinator and clinical teams.

HealthPathways is an online health information portal to be used at the point of care by GPs, specialists and other health practitioners on how to assess, manage and refer patients to the right services at the right time.
