Population Health Planning and Evaluation Manager
An anticipated temporary 12 month position exists for a population health planner at the ACT PHN, Capital Health Network (CHN) to manage the population health unit’s work program. The role entails developing CHN’s understanding of the local health and social needs of the ACT population through the collection, analysis and integration of existing ACT data from a variety of sources as well as extensive stakeholder engagement and consultation. A core function of the role is to identify population health trends and issues specific to the ACT community in order to inform needs assessments and Activity Work Plans, providing critical input into existing and future funding for health programs. This role also provides supervision and guidance to the Population Health Officer.
