COVID-19 Assessment and Management
- COVID-19 Self-care Patient Triage and Support (responding to concerns (about the illness and symptoms in children and adults, breastfeeding, usual illnesses and medication, household contacts, isolation - immediate needs and mental health and wellbeing, support after hours)
- COVID-19 Active Case Management (managing patients with significant symptoms or risk factors for severe COVID‑19, and describes full general practice care of COVID-positive patients)
- COVID-19 Case Management – Shared Care (supports general practice teams to manage COVID-19 positive patients who are receiving COVID-19 care from the hospital-led COVID service)
- COVID-19 Case Management Tools and Resources (resources that will support the practice team's approach to the remote care of patients in the community with COVID-19)
- COVID-19 Assessment and Management in Residential Aged Care (general practitioners assessing and managing patients in Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs))
- Post-COVID-19 Conditions (knowledge of post‑COVID‑19 conditions is still evolving. Recent suggested definitions: Post‑acute COVID‑19 – illness extending beyond 3 weeks from initial symptoms and Chronic COVID‑19 – symptoms extending beyond 12 weeks from initial symptoms)
