This might involve referring you to existing mental health and/or other services or to our Head to Health Hub to receive short term intervention.

We’re here to help you to understand the type of support you need. We draw on our knowledge of the broad range of services available to identify what best suits your individual needs. With your consent, we can also work with your GP to ensure they are kept informed about the support services recommended for you.

The Head to Health Hub provides advice, support and information to anyone who makes contact seeking mental health support. This is a ‘no wrong door’ approach to help seeking. We can talk with you about your needs and provide information and advice regarding appropriate support options whether you are a consumer, carer or health care provider. If appropriate, we can also provide an initial intake and assessment, along with working with you to determine your care needs and source the best support options for your circumstances. With your consent, we will ensure the information you provide to us goes with you to any service we refer you on to, to minimise your need to repeat information and support you to access the right services for your needs.
