Position Description

Yarralumla Surgery is looking for a Part-time VR General Practitioner to join the team.

The applicant would have an opportunity to build up their own patient following at Yarralumla Surgery as we are currently booked out weeks in advance.

Another GP would allow wait times to see a GP to be reduced, allow further capacity for new patients and more appointment availability for acute patient bookings.

The ideal candidate would be able to do 4-6 sessions over the week. Saturday session would also be available for those wanting to extend their session from normal working week.

Parking is available to General Practitioners at the rear of the building.

Practice Description

We are a privately owned practice, with two GP owners who also work at the practice.

Yarralumla Surgery has been running as a medical practice for over 30 years. However, has recently been updated with a new office and consultation room fit out in 2024.

GP rooms have sit stand desks in every consultation space and clinical meetings are held every month for CPD ease.

Yarralumla prides itself of being a family practice and this extends to the team overall.

We are located at the Yarralumla Shops which offers coffee and food in abundance.

General Practitioners are supported by our 3 Practice Nurses, Practice Manager and admin team. General Practitioners are also able to access our specialist team and their advice for patients (as required).
