A Part-time or Full-time GP position is available at the Chisholm Medical Centre, in Tuggeranong.

With an existing large patient base, you are guaranteed full books in the first few weeks.

Practice Description

The Chisholm Medical Centre is a medium sized mixed billing GP practice that has served the community of Tuggeranong and surrounding areas for the last 10 years. Previously under a multi-site organisation, the practice has been GP owned and operated over the last 2 years and continue to excel in the provision of quality holistic healthcare. Located in the local shopping centre,  our practice is within 5 minutes of the Tuggeranong town centre and 20 -2 5 minutes of the Canberra Airport and CBD.

In addition to being supported by an experienced and youthful admin team, our clinicians enjoy ample free parking, nursing support as well as onsite pathology and allied health services. Our patient base is both large and socio-demographically very mixed resulting in a wide range of clinical presentations for our clinicians. In addition, we run a dedicated iron infusion clinic and are able to support and promote our clinicians’ various areas of clinical interest.  This means, any GP joining our team will be guaranteed full books withing a few weeks. We are also pleased to offer minimal guaranteed pay for the first few weeks.

Being GP owned, we understand GPs and pride ourselves with the ability to listen to our clinicians and offer them working conditions that are as flexible as they need to ensure their desired work-life balance.
