• The space has been freshly renovated in a subtle palette and is air conditioned for summer and winter comfort.  There is a small refrigerator for cool beverages or storing lunch and a jug for making warm beverages.
• Currently the space is available 7 days.  Weekend access is not an issue.  Rent includes the room, internet, electricity, water and amenities.  Furniture and cleaning are negotiable with the applicant and preferences.
