Connected is a culturally sensitive, evidence-based mental health service for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people aged under 25 years. CHN funded Marathon Health to deliver Connected to improve the social and emotional wellbeing of young people through the provision of one-on-one support. 90 young people were assisted through the Connected Program in the past year.
